Welcome to the school website. Here you will find up to date information about Drumglass and all its range of courses and activities.

Drumglass was established originally as Dungannon Secondary School over 50 years ago. Its reputation built up as a school at the heart of the community. Today in our Millennium Building, opened in September  2000, we continue to offer a first class education for all children in the area but to a richer, wider and more inclusive community, which the modern South Tyrone area has become. Irrespective of ability, religion, ethnic status we have proven that we cater for everyone and are working towards a shared future in this area.

We pride ourselves on being entrepreneurs in education, developing individual talent. It is not where you start that is important to us but what you can attain in the five or seven years here which is important. We will support you all the way through our rewards and celebrations. This is evidenced by our Investors in People Bronze Level Status and as one of CCEA’s Employability Award Schools. We operate very much on a 'can do' principle where tackling new projects, encouraging teamwork, initiative, challenge and focus is a way of life. More than anything else, we pride ourselves on the excellent relationships with parents and pupils which underpin our success.

We are very proud of our results throughout the whole school which are well above the average for schools of our size. However we are not complacent and welcome feedback from students, parents and friends on how we can become even better.
